Kathryn is an exceptional engineer, managing a ground breaking new pharmaceutical project and spearheading inclusion initiatives. She developed a new graduate programme in the Global Engineering function, and as Chair of the WISE Young Professionals Board, she expanded its impact and strategy. Kathryn drives innovation, collaboration, and diversity mentoring future engineers and championing inclusion across the engineering and pharmaceutical sectors.
