WES Annual Conference – Student Poster Competition

How to enter?

STEP 1: Use the canva template and complete the poster. Download this prior to submitting as you will need to upload a copy to the submission.
Email comms@wes.org.uk if you are unable to access.

STEP 2: Using the link below you need to submit an abstract of your work (maximum 300 words) and a copy of your poster using the template.

You can resubmit work already produced and ongoing work is also welcomed.

The top posters in each of the categories will then be invited to attend the conference and present their poster during a dedicated poster session.

Travel

If you are traveling by train New Street Station is approximately a 15 minute walk and Moor Street Station is approximately 12 minutes away.


If you’re traveling by car, please keep in mind that there is no parking at the venue but there is a convenient multi-story car park here 

Last year the event sold out and this year we are expecting over 250 delegates from across the UK.  

The program is designed to inspire and empower women engineers at every career stage and will include:  Inspirational KeynotesInteractive Workshops, Networking and learning opportunities, and Academic poster sessions
