Laura Shrieves has been the VP of Engineering for Ultra Maritime since April 2024. In this capacity she leads engineering operations in the UK, bringing over 20 years of experience in systems and software engineering across the defence and transport sectors.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Laura is a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion in engineering, the sponsor of the Ultra Maritime’s Women’s Employee Resource Group and has been recognised as a Fellow of both the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and WES.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys travelling and creating new experiences with her husband and two young children.
