Marianne Ellis

Marianne leads the EPSRC-funded CARMA Hub, uniting six universities and industry to develop scalable, net-zero manufacturing for cultivated protein and palm oil alternatives. She champions sustainability, inclusion, and public engagement, driving innovation in cellular agriculture and advancing education, training, and workforce development across the UK and beyond.
