Caroline Haslett Lecture and Awards Ceremony
8 December 2026 | The Geological Society, London
Join the Women’s Engineering Society for an inspiring evening celebrating the achievements, leadership and contribution of women in engineering at our annual Caroline Haslett Lecture and Awards Ceremony.
Held at the historic Geological Society in London, this special event brings together engineers, industry leaders, professionals and WES members to hear from an inspiring keynote speaker, celebrate outstanding achievements and connect with others across the engineering community.
Watch last year’s lecture given by Professor Edward Rochead.
Celebrating achievement
The evening will also see us celebrate the winners of the WES Awards, recognising individuals who are making an outstanding contribution to engineering and helping to create a more inclusive and diverse profession.
From professional registration and technical achievement to inspiration, leadership and allyship, the awards showcase the breadth of talent and commitment within the WES community.
Come and celebrate with us.
Whether you are a WES member, an engineer, an industry leader, an ally or simply passionate about the future of engineering, this is an opportunity to be part of an evening of inspiration, recognition and connection.
Are you a company wanting to connect with the talent of the future? Then showcase your organisation at the Student Careers Event.
All partners get a free virtual stand within the exhibition but we have lots of ways to maximise you exposure and to help you reach your recruitment objectives.
