The Women’s Engineering Society is a registered charity led by a President and a Board of Directors, who also serve as Trustees.

The Board is supported by member-led committees covering Membership, Partnerships, and Events and Communications, along with a Finance and Audit Committee.

Board members are elected by the membership for three-year terms, with a portion of the Board refreshed each year to bring in new perspectives whilst maintaining continuity. When needed, additional Directors may be appointed to fill vacancies or provide specific expertise.
