Kareema Hilton

Kareema led the Machining 4.0 project, helping over 500 SMEs adopt Industry 4.0 technologies. At the University of Strathclyde’s AFRC, she introduced advanced machining strategies, reduced waste, and boosted efficiency. Her cross-disciplinary leadership empowered UK manufacturers and earned her the CEED Women in Manufacturing award for STEM advocacy. She is a WE50 winner.
