Imisi transformed propulsion engineering by pioneering data-driven decision making through DOTA research, leading to a new data analytics department. She fosters collaboration across teams, drives over 50 data products, and champions STEM outreach, inspiring young girls while promoting inclusivity and sustainability within engineering and the wider business.
