Anni Feng

Anni has spent over 14 years championing equity in engineering, leading inclusive digital health projects from Peru’s hospital rebuild to Scotland’s first digital hospital. As an IET Trustee and mentor, she empowers underrepresented voices, fosters cross-cultural collaboration, and redefines digital engineering through empathetic leadership, systemic change, and inclusive innovation. She is a WE50 winner.
