We champion apprentices across engineering by understanding challenges, sharing experiences, and providing a platform to influence change in WES.

The Apprentice Board acts as a role model for young women considering a career within engineering and applied sciences.

We offer the board members opportunity for personal, professional and leadership development through board experience and involvement in projects and strategy setting.
