You are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Women’s Engineering Society, which will be held on:

The AGM provides an important opportunity to reflect on the Society’s progress, review our financial performance, and look ahead to our strategic priorities for the coming year. We encourage all members to attend and participate.
The agenda will include:
- Welcome and apologies
- Approval of minutes from the 2024 AGM (Download the minutes here)
- Presentation of the Trustees’ Annual Report and Accounts
- Appointment or reappointment of Trustees
- Appointment of the Independent Examiner
- Member resolutions
- CEO update and strategic outlook
- Questions from members
- Close of meeting
If you wish to submit a resolution or question for consideration at the AGM, please do so by 1st November 2025, by writing to president@wes.org.uk.
If you wish to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf at the AGM, in line with Article 20 of our Articles of Association (2020) and Section 324 of the Companies Act 2006, simply complete and return the Proxy Form here https://form.jotform.com/252821791660056
The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 March 2025 will be made available to members following the meeting.
