Rachel is a Project Manager on HS2 and a changemaker in civil engineering. She led industry-wide action on sexual harassment, and passionately encourages young women into STEM through ambassadorships and mentorship. She also fosters inclusion through initiatives like ICE and WSP’s “Future of Work.” Her courageous, collaborative leadership is shaping a more respectful and diverse engineering future.
