Job Description

The Sports, Leisure & Hospitality Sector is a rapidly growing sector with the centre of excellence around service delivery being focussed in the UK. The intention is that the UK will take a lead globally and start developing strong capability across the whole Arcadis Group. The sector covers many subsectors which in summary include; All sports, National / International Championships, Football, Cricket, Rugby, Tennis, Hospitality, Equestrian/ Racing, Culture, Museums, Visitor Attractions and Tourism projects.

Overview of Role:

This is an exciting and potentially challenging role requiring the successful candidate to broaden their skills, experience and market exposure. The role will require the candidate to build on their base professional qualification and support the Sector Director with client delivery, business development, marketing and analytical functions.

The successful candidate needs to be flexible and adaptable in their approach, have a confident persona and be prepared to address clients at multiple levels in organisations. Most of the connectivity will be with clients at Board Level so strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential.

Your Day-to-Day:

Reporting to Senior Management, you will assist and be responsible for timely provision of required information including;

  • ata Analytics
  • Financial Analysis
  • Information Audit & Due Diligence
  • Construction/ Project Monitoring
  • Commercial Management
  • Aspects of Development Management
  • Aspects of Financial Modelling and Investment Appraisal
  • Support in the production of Information Memorandums
  • Client presentations
  • Client reports (all forms)

What You have to Offer: 

  • MRICS or working towards chartership.
  • Degree qualified in quantity surveying or other relevant business discipline.
  • Previous background working on Sports, Leisure or Hospitality related projects.
  • Ability to work on own initiative reporting into Senior Management.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills.
