The Role

This Production Engineer position sits within our bespoke engineering solutions side of the business, where we develop life-support systems in critical workspace, oxygen and carbon capture based solutions, water purification, rugged electronics for harsh environments and precision engineering of high-integrity equipment.

The Production Engineer will lead the development and organisation of production operations, proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, working across multiple functions of the business and the implementation of solutions. As the Production Engineer, you will develop a successful workflow, developing new procedures, policies, and identify equipment / tooling to increase efficiency in all operations.

About You

To deliver this role you will have a background in a manufacturing environment, ideally in delivering in a high regulated engineering sector. You will be required to have a practical competence in mechanical assembly, and have experience in new product introduction. In addition, you will previous experience of ERP/MRP systems and also utilising continuous improvement tools. Ideally, you will have an academic qualification in engineering.     • To gain SC clearance you will normally need at least 5 years’ UK residency.
