Due to our continued strong growth across the UK, we now have a number of fantastic opportunities available at J McCann & Co. to work across a sizable full fibre installation contract in partnership with CityFibre in Derby.

This position is full-time across a 3-5 year works programme with the potential for further work across other areas of business including construction, utilities and telecoms.

Within this role you will be expected to independently produce detailed programmes using either MSProject or Primavera P6 to ensure all daily and future works are programmed and scheduled to the required level of detail to allow operations teams to procure and schedule all activities.

The level of detail required will be down to daily street level programming for the NRSWA/Roadspace booking activities. This will require quantity take offs from drawings to determine activity durations. Regular updates and forecasts with jeopardy reports will be required using site information to ensure management is able to take a forward view and plan accordingly. The role will require a general understanding of civil engineering principles and knowledge of FTTP/Highways/Motorway contracts.
