We are looking for an Engineering Lecturer with the ability to deliver across the full range of the department's provision. You will have a passion for innovation, bringing new ideas from the sector and embedding new technologies into the learning environment.

You may currently be working in the Engineering sector and looking for your first job in teaching.  Your willingness to obtain a relevant teaching qualification is essential. In return you can expect support from the College in helping you achieve this.

Working as part of the Engineering team you will be responsible for the delivery and development of courses. You will possess excellent, up to date knowledge and understanding of Engineering, Mechanical and/or Electrical, and be able to plan and use a range of effective and appropriate teaching and learning techniques. 

Using your excellent communication skills you will develop and deliver innovative learning that engages and motivates students. You will have experience of the engineering sector along with a desire to educate the next generation of professionals within the industry.

You will use your up to date knowledge and understanding of Engineering to deliver excellence and innovation in learning to industry standards, incorporating up-to-date methods and practices.
