How can you change it up?
As a lead DataOps engineer, you'll be a key player in seeing CityFibre adopt cutting edge DataOps practices. You'll lead a squad of DataOps engineers in implementing DataOps pipelines and experienced in using Agile, DevOps and Lean Manufacturing principles to build them.You'll know that automation and monitoring are key to creating fast and reliable DataOps pipelines.
What will you bring to the role?
You'll have significant industry experience in DataOps, ingesting data into automated data pipelines, and testing of data quality within the pipeline. You'll know that the best way to deliver data analytics is using Agile, DevOps and Lean manufacturing to create a fast, iterative delivery. You'll know the value and have experience in adding monitoring to data pipelines to ensure that the data quality is ensured.
Any experience in the following would be beneficial.
- Experience with Apache Kafka within an Event Driven Architecture
- Experience with AWS and AWS Glue
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Lenses/KSQL/Kafka Streams
- Experience working within a Kanban framework
- Experience with Terraform
