Location: Bristol, Salisbury or High Wycombe based About the opportunity Due to expansion in our European business, Nova Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Engineer with an interest in aerospace test & evaluation as well as wider systems engineering across other domains and industries. Working on site with clients both in the UK and Europe, the successful candidate will be involved in tasks at all levels of projects from the assessment of new complex systems to programme management support at the highest levels of defence and wider government capability development. While the role is nominally based in one of our UK offices it will require periods working at client sites across the UK and possibly Europe. You will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the technologies underpinning many complex systems as well as exposure to broader areas such as digital engineering, requirements engineering, systems test & evaluation and project/programme management & support. You'll need to be comfortable working across new technologies and applying your skills in novel areas. The aim of the Nova Systems Europe Graduate scheme, as part of the wider Nova Group Graduate Scheme, is to foster the personal and professional development of the successful candidate, providing them with the experience, supervision, mentoring and training necessary to assist them with succeeding in their future career with the Nova Group and to work towards becoming a Chartered Engineer.
