We are undergoing a period of expansion and we are looking for an additional Partnership Manager to manage our growing pool of partners in the south of the UK. The post-holder is therefore expected to live in the South East of England. Engineering organisations from small start-ups to universities, SMEs to Blue Chip FTSE 100 companies want to partner with WES to support women in engineering and meet other partners.
The ideal candidate will have experience of account management, preferably in a not-for-profit organisation. S/he will be a self-starter and be keen to provide new initiatives to help engineering organisations achieve their diversity goals. The main focus will be on managing existing partners, and the successful candidate will will also be expected to actively generate leads and encourage new partners to join WES.

As a Process Technician you will be joining our Wastewater Workshop Team who play a vital part in the ensuring the smooth running of our operations sites.
The Process Technician will work as part of a larger team, who have recently secured significant investment to enable growth of this function within the organisation. The Workshop Team is a unique function that works to rebuild failing equipment from all of water and wastewater treatment works, sludge treatment centres and pumping stations to ensure all environmental, quality and customer service standards are met, whilst meeting H&S legislation and achieving budgetary targets.
Within Wastewater Asset Strategy and Planning, we are seeking an Asset Strategy Lead to join a team in solving our asset management challenges by driving simplification and standardisation of the frameworks used to manage Southern Water’s extensive asset base throughout the asset lifecycle.
