Do you want to make a difference today to deliver a cleaner tomorrow?
We are looking for a recent graduate to join us as a Process Engineer at our Kemsley Facility in Kent.
Wheelabrator U.K. and Multifuel Energy Limited have come together to create enfinium. Every day we transform waste into energy to help power homes, businesses and the circular economy.
As the largest pure-play waste to energy operator in the U.K., with more than 45 years of proven industry experience, we are also transforming the way our industry serves customers, communities and the environment.
What we are looking for
You will provide engineering studies and technical support to the enfinium Kemsley team to generate clean, renewable energy to power both homes and businesses at enfinium’s waste to energy facility in Kent.
You will be crucial to the continued success and sustained growth of enfinium in the UK, and in preserving our environment for future generations whilst providing for today's energy needs.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, managing, communicating, and delivering key performance data reports from the facility. You will work closely with both Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure all defective equipment is reported and assist with managing the defect process.
You may also have the opportunity to work on Engineering projects at other enfinium locations within the UK and to support the Engineering teams as required.
Work in a holistic, multi-disciplinary role, focusing on the bigger picture and bridging the gaps between disciplines. Throughout the different stages of a product lifecycle, you'll take the lead in systems integration and testing, qualification and acceptance. As well as the technical aspects of projects, you'll also learn to consider important factors such as schedules, costs, training and environmental concerns.
