The Cambridge Association for Women in Science and Engineering (CamAWiSE) and the Wellcome - MRC Cambridge Stem Cell Institute are joining forces to deliver an open panel discussion on how to change the STEMM workplace culture to be more inclusive and diverse.
All welcome! Only together can we get a balanced approach! The discussion will be preceded and followed by drinks and networking sessions.
*Dr Keith Turner* is the Director of Springboard Pro Ltd and he has developed a three-step programme to recruit, retain and promote women in the workplace.
*Dr David Kent *is a Principle Investigator at the Cambridge Stem Cell Institute and he is interested in developing new thinking around closing the gender gap in science.
*Prof Dame Athene Donald* is a Professor of Experimental Physics at the University of Cambridge and Master of Churchill College and an equality and diversity advocate.
*Dr Jill Armstrong* is a Fellow at Murray Edwards College and leads the college’s ‘Collaborating with Men’ research project that aims to change workplace culture to be more inclusive for women.
