Please join us for our virtual event in celebration of: International Women in Engineering Day 2020, WES Centenary & the Top 50 Women in Engineering 2020: Sustainability.
Merseyside Cluster Co-ordinators, Elaine and Rosti, will share with you their journeys in energy systems and biomedical engineering respectively. How and what motivated them in choosing these careers and what are their biggest takeaways? They will be touching on topics such as planning public charging infrastructure for electric vehicles and using engineering tools to optimise assistive devices to help people with disabilities.
The WES Tees and Tyneside Cluster are organising a virtual celebration of the diversity of engineering to mark International Women in Engineering Day (INWED). Although the speakers will all be from the local area, anyone is welcome to join the event.
