Mentoring and Leadership Seminar

While the benefits of having a mentor are well known, the benefits of being a mentor are often overlooked. This free seminar will explain what mentoring is (and isn't), describe the benefits of becoming a mentor, describe the MentorSET programme, explore the role of mentor and mentee, and give some practical interactive exercises.

Construction Diversity Expo 2011
