William Henry Barlow - An Eminent Victorian Engineer

Lecture on Wiliam Henry Barlow.   Venue: Willoughby Theatre, Charterhouse Square, London at 6.30 p.m.
The Greater London Industrial Archaeology Society are organising a lecture. Barlow was the Midland Railway Company's engineer whose achievements include designing the station at St Pancras.  He was also a consulting engineer involved with Crystal Palace, the enquiry into the Tay Bridge disaster and the subsequent enquiry.  More info
