Women Teaching Women

A 'hands on' weekend designed for women of the railways, workshops, road and steam to come along, teach and promote women in what are seen as male dominated industries. 

Activities and demonstrations will include: Railway engine firing and driving; blacksmithing; classic car mechanics; road engine handling; tractor driving and much more!

To celebrate INWED 2019, WESBath are inviting the South West’s engineers to a networking event with the theme of Transforming the Future!

The event aim is to bring together engineers from industry and academia to share how their work is contributing to the transformation of the future. This will include a video presentation from the University of Bath, three keynote speakers and a chance to network.
