Ursula is a Delivery Engineering Transformation Leader for initiatives in E-IMEA and North America at Procter & Gamble and joined in 2007. She has been responsible for the implementation of multi - million pound programmes across sites, standardisation of platforms and organisational change management.
Her expertise is in programme leadership, business feasibility, initiative delivery as well as process safety. Ursula has 15+ years experience in the FMCG sector having applied her skills and knowledge at Unilever, Kimberley - Clark and Procter & Gamble. A passionate advocate for Diversity, she also leads the E-IMEA Diversity Beauty Engineering Network at P&G and is both a Fellow and previous Trustee at the Women’s Engineering Society. Ursula is also a Strategic Advisory Team Member for the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council and serves on the University of Manchester London Alumni Network Steering Group.
She graduated with a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering with Industrial Experience from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology.
