The Engineering and Supply Department comprises of 450 professionals – all focused on the delivery of an excellent service for the frontline. The team design, build, supply, support and maintain the RNLI’s buildings, boats and equipment to help save lives and keep our crew safe. This is achieved by using both internal production facilities and working with external suppliers and contractors. The Procurement and Logistics teams support the whole organisation to ensure our goods and services deliver the best sustainable value for the RNLI.
