Too often, parents feel they have to choose between being a good parent and a fulfilling leadership career. We exist to change this.
Our award-winning Leaders Plus Fellowship Programme is a 9-month programme enabling parents with babies and young children to accelerate their careers whilst still enjoying their young families. We are now accepting applications for the Autumn 2021 Cohort, which will begin in November.
