Shannon is a Civil Engineering Degree Apprentice at Arup. Having completed a Level 4 HNC apprenticeship in Construction and the Built Environment in 2019, she is currently studying a B.Eng. (Hons) in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of the West of England.

Since starting at Arup in 2017, Shannon has worked on a variety of projects as a Technician at different stages of design, from planning stages to detailed design. Shannon is a keen STEM ambassador and is enthusiastic about encouraging the younger generation into STEM subjects and careers. In 2019, Shannon also became an Eng Tech Member of the ICE, and is now working towards IEng as part of her apprenticeship.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys art and football.
