WES Technical Leaders Project
WES Technical Leaders Project
Technical Leaders webinars provide the opportunity to listen to outstanding women achievers in their own words.
WES has created the Technical Leaders programme with the help and support of the UK Resource Centre for Women in SET and BP plc, Rolls Royce, Scottish Engineering and the IET. Technical Leaders showcases women leaders and facilitates networking among senior women in technology companies inspiring other women and raising the profile of women as achievers. Making the seminars available on line we are able to share the experience and wisdom of these women widely.
Technical Leaders webinars provide the opportunity to listen to outstanding women achievers in their own words. Women engineers, scientists and technologists are encouraged to make use of the webinars at local events, to share their own viewing experiences and to send in ideas for future speakers.
The webinars are recorded at networking events aimed at Technical Directors, Engineering Managers and Directors, IT Directors, Risk and Operations Managers and other senior women including academics.
The events take the form of a welcome reception, presentation and discussion session followed by dinner and discussion. To add your name to the invitation list contact the WES office with the subject heading Technical Leaders to info@wes.org.uk
