WES is a membership organisation which relies on the financial support of its individual and corporate members to continue the vital work it does.
Our aims are:
- to inspire and support women to achieve their potential as engineers, scientists and technical leaders
- to encourage the education of engineering
- to support companies with diversity and inclusion, and
- to act as the voice of women engineers
is open to men and women who share our aims and objectives, and to
Companies who would like to support, retain and attract women engineers.
WES really needs to support of our members in order to continue with the work that we have been doing in support of women in engineering for 95 years.

Full details of all membership grades are available here. After 1 October these rates drop by 50%, and renewal will be due in April. From 1 January membership will include 15 months for the price of 12.
