London Gateway is a unique development that combines the UK's new deep-sea container port with Europe's largest logistics park.

The port will have six deepwater berths at a length of 2.7km and some of the largest semi-automated quay cranes in the world, allowing it to handle the future ultra large container ships.  The port will be one of the most advanced in the world, with a fully automated stacking system, which will reduce vulnerability to adverse weather conditions, improve safety and maximise opening times. The logistics park will have 9.25m square feet of warehouse space including some of the largest warehouse buildings in Europe.  By combining a port and logistics park London Gateway offers a sustainable and environmentally friendly option for distribution.  As a result of being closer to the UK’s major markets, London Gateway is expected to remove 65 million HGV miles from the UK roads and will provide importers and exporters with significant supply chain savings.

London Gateway is now recruiting a world-class engineering team to be part of a major and complex infrastructure project. London Gateway is 100% committed to the development of a strong team that will provide outstanding customer service, efficiently and reliability in its operations. London Gateway is looking for ambitious, hardworking people to join a 30,000 strong global team.
