Company and Corporate members
The Women's Engineering Society is supported in its work and aims by Company and Corporate members.
Company Membership
Company membership gives organisations the opportunity to collaborate with WES in its various activities and in return enjoy the benefits of being part of the WES network. Many large companies are active members and work closely with WES in the common aim of recruiting, retaining and advancing skilled personnel with engineering and scientific expertise and experience.
Former company membership levels of standard and premier gave the company either 10 or 20 named representatives. These will be abolished from September 1 2010 and existing company members will transfer to the new Standard Member.
Standard £1,000 (SMEs and women’s networks should contact the relevant WES Officer to discuss rates)
• All employees have access to WES benefits and discounts. Men as Associate Members
• All employees can join by completing the online registration with a suitable email address or code provided as proof of employment
• Logo and link on website and conference table for literature
Partnership
WES is building a new Partnership Programme that will enable organisations to help shape the WES work programme. We have a long history of collaboration and are building a new stronger profile to deliver better benefits to members enabling you to:
- showcase your commitment to diversity and inclusion
- gain access for your women engineers and scientists to tailored leadership, personal development and networking
- get sponsorship for technical and leadership webinars
- access the acclaimed national mentoring scheme, MentorSET
Support and sponsorship is welcomed for projects, events or in project management of programmes such as our safety clothing campaign. WES welcomes in kind contributions towards its objectives including HR support, legal advice, PR and communications or design and printing.
