Workshop Sessions

10:30-11:30 Introduction to Negotiation Skills: Sam Macbeth, Senior Consultant, Scotwork UK. Registration Required

This session will look at putting negotiation into context alongside other forms of conflict resolution, understanding the balance of power and development of key negotiating concepts. An Advancing Negotiation Skills Open Course place (value of c£2,000), will be drawn for one participant attending the workshop.
